Because stone powder and calcium hydrogen phosphate have very good fluidity, when the batching auger stops, stone powder or calcium hydrogen phosphate will flow into the batching scale with inertia, resulting in large batching errors of these two raw materials. The solution is to add pneumatic butterfly valves and auger interlocking control at the outlet of such raw materials.
When the mixer is discharging, the instantaneous weight fluctuation of the batching scale is large. What is the reason?
This is because when the mixer is discharging, a large airflow is instantly transmitted to the batching scale, causing the weight value of the batching scale to suddenly decrease. The solution is to add an airflow balance pipe between the mixer and the batching scale, and install a pneumatic butterfly valve on the unloading pipe between the scale and the mixer.
