Project details:
1. Production scale: 1 SZLH578 shrimp feed pellet production line and 1 MHPH156*2 twin-screw puffing line, equipped with two 160KW pulverizers and two 220KW ultra-fine pulverizers, two 2000KG/P mixers, 36 ingredients Warehouse, 3 batching scales, 2 SKLYF2400 coolers and 2 packaging lines, 2 sets of palletizers;
2.2 1,000-ton grain silos and three 200-ton soybean meal silos;
3. The shrimp feed is equipped with a post-curing stabilizer, and the puffing line is equipped with a vacuum spraying machine.
The project will start installing equipment in March 2022 and will be completed and put into operation in September 2022. The factory produces shrimp feed, fish, California bass, bullfrog, shrimp and crab and other extruded feed.
