MFSCT series dual-axis differential conditioner is used for pretreatment before puffing in the aquatic feed and pet food industries. Performance Fetures

The conditioner time is longer and the conditioning effect is better. The MFSCT dual-axis conditioner is similar to the hygienizer and needs to be used with other conditioners. The default is the three-axis conditioner, which can obtain a longer conditioner time. This product can be used alone.
High shear, the material is first in first out. The angles of the two rotor blades are opposite, ensuring that the material advances or retreats at the same time at the same position, which can achieve the first in first out effect of the material.
The sealing is fully upgraded to eliminate leakage and leakage. The shaft end seal is professionally designed with multi-layer sealing, good sealing effect and long sealing life. The door seal is embedded with high-temperature resistant foamed silicone seal, which has a long life and is easy to install.
Simple operation and convenient maintenance. The door opening length accounts for about 70% of the total length of the conditioner, which is easy to clean, and the door locking mechanism has an automatic function; the shaft end seal is designed with a large replacement space, and the seal is easy to replace after aging.
Motor variable frequency control can meet the requirements of various working conditions. Variable frequency motors can be used to adjust the speed online according to different production capacity and formula requirements, thereby adjusting the fullness and optimizing the tempering effect; the reduction gearbox provides Guomao hard tooth surface reducer configuration.
