What is the drying cost?
The steam consumption of a steam dryer to dry one ton of feed is about 150-250KG. The quality varies according to the particle size. Generally, sinking materials consume more gas. Using natural gas to dry one ton of floating materials consumes about 10-12 cubic meters of gas, and sinking materials consume about 15-18 cubic meters.
How to control the moisture uniformity of the dryer drying puffed feed?
The key point affecting moisture uniformity is uniform distribution of the material, and the wind path design is stable and uniform in air volume and pressure; Mufeng intelligent dryer uses servo motor to control the distributor, the distribution is uniform, the wind path design is consistent, and the moisture uniformity is within ±0.5%;
What feed is difficult to dry?
It is difficult to dry sinking materials and particles with a diameter greater than 20mm and less than 0.8mm. Sinking materials and large particles need to extend the drying time to obtain good drying effects and lower energy consumption; small particles need to prevent particles from leaking on the mesh belt and being blown away by the wind. The mesh belt of Mufeng dryer adopts the form of roll-welded stainless steel mesh to adapt to the drying of small particles.
