Henan Mufeng Welcomes Mexican Client Visit to Explore Core Processes of 3T/H Shrimp Feed Production Line

Today, the atmosphere inside the Henan Mufeng Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. factory was bustling with excitement as we welcomed important guests from afar—a professional delegation from Mexico. As a renowned enterprise deeply engaged in the feed machinery sector for many years, possessing rich experience in domestic and overseas feed plant “turnkey” projects, Henan Mufeng’s warm reception and professional presentation left a deep impression on the client.

The purpose of this visit by the Mexican client was to inspect our manufacturing capabilities with the intention of purchasing a shrimp feed production line with a capacity of 3 tons per hour. During the tour of the conference rooms and production workshops, both parties engaged in in-depth and pleasant technical exchanges regarding the shrimp feed production process.

Given the specific requirements of shrimp feed in aquaculture, the discussion focused on the process configuration of the production line. Shrimp feed requires not only high protein and high energy content but also places extremely high demands on the water resistance (water stability) and settling properties of the pellets. Addressing this core demand, our technical team introduced the process flow specifically designed for shrimp feed to the client in detail:

1. Ultra-fine Grinding Process:To ensure the full absorption of high-nutrition feed by shrimp, this production line will be equipped with a high-precision ultra-fine grinding system. This ensures that the fineness of raw materials meets process standards, which is the critical first step in improving feed gelatinization and finished product quality.
2. Extrusion and Conditioning Technology:Addressing the 3 t/h capacity requirement, we recommended an efficient twin-screw extruder. Through a conditioning environment of high temperature, high pressure, and high humidity, the starch is fully gelatinized. This not only improves the digestibility of the feed but also greatly enhances the water stability of the pellets, thereby reducing water pollution.
3. Post-treatment Process:In the drying and oil spraying stages, we demonstrated to the client how precise control ensures the feed’s moisture content meets standards while using post-spraying technology to add heat-sensitive nutrients, preserving the maximum nutritional value of the feed.
