The line is equipped with Mufeng’s “CloudFarm” Intelligent Livestock Feed Equipment Management System, which realizes full-process automatic control and remote monitoring from raw material reception, grinding, batching, mixing, conditioning, pelleting to finished product packaging through a three-layer architecture of PLC + touchscreen + cloud server. Workers only need to input formula parameters on the touchscreen, and the system will automatically complete all operations. A single production line only requires 2-3 workers, reducing labor costs by 60% compared with traditional lines; meanwhile, the system can real-time record production data (energy consumption, output, pellet quality, etc.) and generate analysis reports to help clients optimize production processes.
The line is equipped with pulse bag dust collector + odor adsorption device, with dust emission concentration ≤10mg/m³ and odor removal rate ≥90%, fully complying with local Colombian and EU environmental standards; in addition, conditioning waste gas can be recycled for raw material preheating, further reducing energy consumption.
