How should I choose a mixer?

The mixers produced by our company are divided into single-shaft paddle mixers and double-shaft paddle mixers. If you produce full-price materials and the output is greater than 2T/P, you can choose a double-shaft paddle mixer; if the output is less than 2T/P, you can choose a single-shaft paddle mixer. If you produce additive premixes, it is recommended to choose a stainless steel single-shaft paddle mixer.

What is the mixing uniformity of the mixer? How long does it take to achieve the best uniformity?

The mixing uniformity coefficient of the single-shaft paddle mixer and the double-shaft paddle mixer produced by our company can reach ≦5%, and the time to achieve mixing uniformity is about 90-120 seconds. Different materials will have differences, so different formulas need to test the time to achieve the best mixing uniformity.

What should I do if my mixer leaks from the door?

This problem is common in mixers. When this problem occurs, please first check whether there is material stuck on the mixer door. If there is, please clean it in time; then check whether the gaps around the mixer door are consistent. If the gap is too large, please adjust the door gap to meet the requirements; finally, check whether the sealing strips around the door are worn. If worn, please replace them in time.

What are the precautions for mixer maintenance?

The reducers equipped with our company's mixers are all hard-toothed reducers with a long service life. They need to be lubricated regularly, once a year; the rotor bearings and door bearings need to be greased once a month; and the sealing of the door should be checked regularly.
