MFPH Series Twin Screw Extruder

MFPH Series Twin Screw Extruder is mainly used for the production and processing of various floating, sinking and slow-sinking aquatic feeds.   • Density Control System

There are two optional density controllers, pressurized and vacuum type, which are mainly used in the production of high bulk density extruded materials (such as sinking aquatic feed, nutritional rice, etc.), which can effectively increase the bulk density of materials, or increase the production capacity of the extruder, and Improve the appearance of materials;

  1. High production capacity and low energy consumption. The new MFPH series twin-screw extruder adopts a 20:1 aspect ratio and a stabilized screw combination technology. It can give full play to the production capacity of both floating and sinking aquatic feeds, and the power consumption per ton is as low as 23~25kW.h/t;
  2. Wide processing range and low production cost. The MFPH series twin-screw extruder has effectively and successfully solved the problems of poor stability in water, particle uniformity, and insufficient aesthetics encountered in the production of low-starch formulas, improved the feeding and digestion utilization rate of aquatic animals, and improved the growth performance and quality of aquatic animals;
  3. Particle uniformity. It adopts full kneading screw technology, stabilized screw configuration, high-precision screw and inner sleeve, and double-die discharging device to optimize the pressure distribution before the die and ensure uniform particles;
  4. The extruded particles have good ripening effect. Equipped with an efficient three-axis conditioner, its unique water-vapor co-advancing structure ensures that the water vapor and the material are fully mixed. The function of the conditioner is divided by software simulation technology, the blade arrangement is optimized, the material filling degree is improved, the effective conditioning time is extended, and the conditioning effect is improved;
  5. Smooth operation, safe and reliable, and low failure rate. It adopts the world’s advanced symmetrical parallel five-axis gearbox, 6-level high-precision gears, and is equipped with imported brand bearings and oil seals. The transmission is efficient and the operation is stable and reliable. The new full-wear-resistant alloy screw has a screw life of more than 50,000t.
