The optimal lifting speed reduces the crushing of materials and improves the completeness of finished products. For powdery and lightweight materials, the optimal lifting speed can also reduce the impact of airflow on unloading, and the return material is reduced by 80% compared with the original, which not only ensures the output of the equipment, but also greatly reduces power consumption and reduces the cost of use for customers.
The belt is made of PVC high-strength whole core belt. The service life of conventional plastic buckets is generally 1 to 2 years, while the high-quality plastic buckets we use can reach more than twice that of old buckets, and even 5 to 10 years in some sections. The thickness of key positions is thicker, the overall strength is higher, and the wear resistance is better.
Explosion-proof membrane device and speed measuring device are standard; bearing temperature measuring device and belt anti-deviation device are optional.
