PHYE raw material extruder

A special extruder developed for processing high-starch raw materials, which has the advantage of high output and can be used to extrud corn, rice, ruminant feed and other materials.
High output, low power consumption. PHYE260 raw material extruder (250kW) extruded corn output is up to 4.2 t/h.
The power consumption per ton of material is only 55~56 kilowatt-hours, which is effectively reduced by 21% compared to the same period of other models at home and abroad.
The double column beam device and suspended cutting device adopt support slide rails, which are easy to operate and significantly improve production efficiency.
Produce high-quality, safe feed. It can sterilize, detoxify, mature, improve quality and increase digestion and absorption rate, while avoiding cross-contamination in the entire process.
It adopts three-bearing arrangement design and circulates thin oil lubrication. This ensures the stability of equipment operation and the service life of bearings.
