Faster Heating Rate and Higher Temperature
1. The stable chamber adopts steam jacket heating instead of the original steam coil heating;
2. Short preheating time and high preheating temperature;
3. Equipped with a float type drain valve with exhaust function, further improving the heating efficiency during startup;
4. The conical top cover design effectively promotes the recovery of condensed water from the top cover, improves heating efficiency, reduces residue, and minimizes coke
5. Adopting a large section panel disassembly mechanism and a blade type unloading structure;
6. Ensure uniform discharge of materials from various positions in the warehouse to avoid coking caused by local discharge obstruction;
7. The tilt angle of the flipping plate is large, and polished stainless steel plates are used. The connecting bolts do not come into contact with the material;
8. Enhance the flowability of granular materials on the surface of the wing, effectively reducing residue;
9. Eliminate the dead corners left at the connection between the bolt head and the flap surface;
10. Avoid materials getting stuck between the flipping plates and causing the crankshaft to slip, to prevent material leakage;
11. The hopper is equipped with an insulation layer to prevent condensation water from forming inside the hopper, reduce residue on the inner wall of the hopper, and also facilitate stable preheating of the silo;
12. The stable warehouse is equipped with dual maintenance doors (opened side by side, with a larger opening).
