- The top cover and the stabilizing chamber are heated by steam jackets, replacing the original steam coil heating;
- The preheating time is short and the preheating temperature is high;
- Equipped with a float-type steam trap with air exhaust function to further improve the heating efficiency when starting;
- The conical top cover design effectively promotes the recovery of condensed water on the top cover and improves the heating efficiency.
Lower residue, less coke
- Use large-section plate disassembly mechanism or impeller-type discharge structure;
- Ensure uniformity of material discharge at each position in the bin to avoid coke due to local poor material discharge;
- The flap has a large inclination angle and uses polished stainless steel plates, and the connecting bolts do not contact the material;
- Enhance the fluidity of granular materials on the flap surface and effectively reduce residue;
- Eliminate the residual dead angle at the connection between the bolt head and the flap surface;
- Avoid the crank slippage caused by material clamped between the flaps to prevent leakage;
- The hopper is equipped with heating coils and insulation;
- A heating pipe is set in the hopper interlayer to heat the air in the hopper, prevent condensation water in the hopper, reduce the wall residue in the hopper, and also help stabilize the bin preheating.

- After shutdown, open the double inspection doors on the stabilizing bin to promote air convection and accelerate the heat dissipation speed of the equipment;
