Widely used in the pet food industry, the coater is used to add and coat with fat, enzymes, vitamins, antioxidants, amino acids and other liquids to the extruded pellets; the coaters are also used for coating pellet feeds that have a high degree of compactness and are not well coated on ordinary surfaces, although the coating ratio is not high.
1.Applicable for Various Formulas:The vacuum coater operates at a vacuum level of up to 100mbar (100mbar max) with ≤100mbar/5min pressure loss, enabling 1-30% grease addition while maintaining a good vacuum retention performance.
2.Uniform Coating:A horizontal double shaft paddle mixing mechanism, and the materials in the mixing chamber are tumbled and mixed at high-speed in the reverse rotation of the paddle mixing. Additionally, it is equipped with multi-sets of reasonably configured large-angle pressure atomizing nozzles to ensure that coating homogeneity coefficient of variation CV value is ≤ 7%.
3.Smooth and Gentle Mixing, Low Breakage Design:Specially angled and profiled paddles with precise clearance between trough and paddles minimize pellet breakage.
4.Hygienic & Safe Design:
Full-length discharge gate and wide opening angle ensure fast discharge and low residue.
The whole machine is made of food-grade stainless steel in simple structure design and mainly welded. The material contacting parts are flat and smooth to eliminate any hygiene dead zones. It’s convenient for cleanup with the large size access door. All connecting parts are sealed with food-grade silica gel gasket to ensure food safety.
