The Egyptian customer came with the intention of purchasing a 1T/H animal feed production line. Upon arrival at the company, they conducted a detailed visit to the factory workshop. During the visit, the company’s granulation and crushing equipment caught the attention of customers and sparked their strong interest.
The granulator produced by Mufeng Company has many outstanding advantages. Its core advantage lies in advanced ring mold technology. The uniquely designed ring mold is made of high-quality alloy steel material and undergoes special heat treatment, which has extremely high wear resistance and corrosion resistance, effectively extending the service life of the equipment and reducing the cost of use for customers. Looking at this 1T/H animal feed production line again, its process characteristics are distinct. Starting from the raw material receiving stage, equipped with automated unloading and conveying equipment, various raw materials can be quickly and accurately transported to designated storage warehouses. After precise measurement, the raw materials enter the crushing process and are crushed to the appropriate particle size using the high-performance crusher mentioned earlier. Next, entering the mixing stage, the production line adopts high-precision mixers, which can achieve sufficient and uniform mixing of various raw materials in a short period of time, ensuring the precise distribution of feed nutrients. The mixed materials then enter the granulation process, where advanced granulators are used to produce pellet feed that meets the requirements. Finally, after subsequent processing such as cooling and screening, qualified feed products can be packaged and stored. The entire process is highly automated, which not only improves production efficiency but also effectively ensures the stability and consistency of product quality.
