Successful Case of 2T/H Pet Food Production Line Project

Project details:

1. Production scale: 1 MHPH90*2 twin-screw extrusion line, equipped with 1 75KW pulverizer, 1 500KG/P mixer, 12 batching bins, 1 batching scale, 1 SKLYF2000 cooler and 1 packaging line , 1 set of palletizer;

2. This project uses two sprayings, one with vacuum spraying, and the other with normal pressure and flavoring.

The project began to install equipment in March 2019 and was completed and put into operation in September 2019. The factory produces cat food and dog food.
