Recently, the 10t/h intelligent animal feed processing project undertaken by Henan Mufeng Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. in Bangladesh was successfully put into operation. Bangladesh is one of the major agricultural producers and exporters in South Asia, with rapid development in aquaculture (especially South American white shrimp) and poultry farming. The market gap for high-quality and efficient compound feed is widening year by year. In response to the pain points of local aquaculture demand and traditional feed processing, such as high energy consumption, severe dust leakage, large raw material loss, excessive powder content, and rising labor costs, Henan Mufeng Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. has equipped the project with independently developed intelligent hammer crusher, energy-saving ring mold granulator, automated bulk transportation system, and anti adulteration coal-fired steam volume settlement system. The focus is on optimizing core links such as hammer wear monitoring, automatic adjustment of granulation parameters, and anti cheating of raw material weighing, strictly controlling the cost and quality of the entire feed processing process.
The operation of the Mufeng intelligent equipment is very stable, with much lower electricity and steam consumption per ton compared to the traditional feed factories we previously inspected. The finished shrimp and poultry feed particles are uniform and full, with smooth surfaces and extremely low powder content. Farmers have reported that the fish, shrimp, and poultry have good palatability and high conversion rates.
