SLHY Series Ribbon Mixer
  1. High uniformity, unique paddle belt or double belt design enhances material convection, shearing and mixing, with high mixing uniformity, CV≤7%;
  2. Small gap between the belt and the casing to ensure extremely low residual rate; full-length discharge door can be optionally equipped, material is instantly emptied without residue;

Different materials will have differences, so different formulas need to test the time to reach the optimal mixing uniformity.
What should I do if my mixer leaks from the door?
This problem is common in mixers. When this problem occurs, please first check whether there is material stuck on the mixer door. If there is, please clean it in time; then check whether the gaps around the mixer door are consistent. If the gap is too large, please adjust the door gap to meet the requirements; finally, check whether the sealing strips around the door are worn. If worn, please replace them in time.
