[2025.12.10] — Today, we welcomed a key client from Sri Lanka for an in-depth technical visit to our facilities, marking another milestone in our global cooperation in the feed machinery industry. The client first toured the 90 tons-per-hour fully automatic feed mill constructed by our company, gaining a close look at its operational stability, modern automation system, and high-capacity performance.

During the tour, our engineering team demonstrated the complete workflow of the plant, including:

Raw material receiving & cleaning system

Dual grinding system for high output

Smart batching & mixing system

High-efficiency pelleting section

Counterflow cooling + rotary screener

Fully automatic bagging & palletizing

Centralized intelligent control system

The client expressed strong satisfaction with the design, construction, and operational efficiency of the plant, remarking that the feed mill represents “a world-class level of engineering and production capability.”

Visit to Feed Machinery Manufacturing Workshop & Showroom

After the feed mill inspection, the client visited our feed machinery production workshop, observing the manufacturing process of key equipment such as hammer mills, mixers, pellet mills, coolers, and extrusion systems. The client also toured our equipment showroom, where they examined a wide range of completed machines and assembled system modules.

Our quality control procedures—including precision machining, welding technology, dynamic balancing, and performance testing—were showcased in detail, further strengthening the client’s confidence in our production strength.

Technical Meeting: Optimizing the Broiler Feed Production Line Layout

Addressing Factory Height Limitations with Tailored Engineering Solutions

After lunch, the technical meeting initiated with a key point: the client’s new broiler feed production project faces strict building height limitations in several sections of the plant. To resolve this challenge, our engineering team presented multiple optimization proposals, including:

Revised process flow arrangement to reduce vertical equipment stacking

Customized hopper volumes and support structures

Adjustments to the pelleting and cooling system heights

Re-layout of material conveying paths

Improved maintenance spaces and operator access routes

Simulation of real production scenarios to ensure long-term stability

Through detailed discussions, 3D layout review, and engineering verification, both parties successfully reached a unified agreement on the final plant layout.

The refined design ensures:

Compliance with the client’s building limitations

A smooth and efficient production flow

Reduced installation complexity

Lower construction cost

Stable long-term operation with easy maintenance

A Significant Step Toward Advancing Sri Lanka’s Poultry Feed Industry

The successful visit highlighted our company’s capabilities in:

Large-scale feed mill turnkey solutions

Customized engineering design

High-efficiency broiler feed production lines

End-to-end project planning and execution

The collaboration not only reinforces bilateral trust but also lays a strong foundation for accelerating modern feed production development in Sri Lanka.

Analysis of the Effects of Grinding Fineness on Broiler Production Performance
2026-04-17
Precision grinding fineness of feed is a core physical parameter affecting broiler growth performance, directly correlating with nutrient digestion efficiency, gastrointestinal tract (GIT) development, and farming costs, thus requiring precise regulation in combination with growth stages and feed forms.
Key Points Of Processing Technology and Quality Control For Aquatic Puffed Feed
2026-04-10
Extruding process technology for producing puffed feed has become a trend in the development of aquatic feed processing technology. The unique function of the extruder is to change the weight of the feed, thereby producing floating, slow settling, and settling puffed fish feed. Floating fish feed not only improves feed efficiency, but most importantly, allows farmers to see the feeding situation of fish, avoiding overfeeding and reducing feed waste. However, due to the relatively complex processing technology of aquatic puffed feed compared to other processing techniques, the processing quality of aquatic puffed feed is often unstable or some varieties cannot produce qualified products in the actual production process. There are many factors that affect the processing quality of aquatic puffed feed. Only by fully understanding the impact of extrusion process equipment and the physicochemical properties of feed raw materials on processing quality, and scientifically changing the extrusion and puffing operating conditions, can the processing quality of aquatic puffed feed be effectively controlled and the one-time pass rate of products be improved.
Extrusion Expansion——Changes of Nutrient Components in Materials During Extrusion Expansion
2026-09-04
This text systematically introduces the changes of different nutrients in feed during the extrusion expansion processing, including carbohydrates (starch, fiber, hydrophilic colloids, and sugar), protein, fat, vitamins, minerals, as well as the effect on anti-nutritional factors: carbohydrates undergo specific changes like starch gelatinization, with different categories showing varied impacts on extrusion effects and feed properties; protein produces denaturation, thermal denaturation, enzyme inactivation, and decreased dispersibility, which improves protein digestibility while causing certain losses of amino acids through Maillard reaction; part of fat forms complexes with starch and protein, which reduces free fat content, slows down fat oxidation in storage without affecting digestibility; heat-sensitive vitamins suffer different degrees of loss that can be reduced by stabilisation treatments, while extrusion generally does not destroy minerals but affects their bioavailability; the biggest advantage of extrusion expansion processing is that it can effectively destroy most anti-nutritional factors in feed raw materials, such as trypsin inhibitors, free gossypol and glucosinolates, and processing parameters determine the destruction effect, with twin-screw extrusion achieving the best inactivation effect on anti-nutritional factors.
