Project details:
1. Production scale: 2 MHPH132*2 twin-screw extrusion lines, equipped with 2 132KW pulverizers, 2 1000KG/P mixers, 16 batching bins, 2 batching scales, 2 SKLYF2000 coolers and 4 packaging lines , 2 sets of palletizers;
2. This project uses two sprayings, one with vacuum spraying, and the other with normal pressure and flavoring;
3. A set of enzymatic chicken liver powder production line with an output of 1 ton per hour;
4. A set of 2 tons/hour chicken meal production line;
5. Our company has equipped 2 sets of production line waste gas treatment and environmental protection equipment for this project.
The project will start installing equipment in May 2021 and will be completed and put into operation in September 2022. The factory produces cat food and dog food.
