Precision staged crushing system for broiler feed: The self-developed graded variable-frequency crushing module can accurately adjust the crushing particle size to meet the nutritional absorption characteristics of broilers at different growth stages, avoiding excessive crushing that leads to nutrient loss and insufficient crushing that reduces feed digestibility, effectively improving the broiler feed conversion ratio by more than 8%.

Multi-stage gradient conditioning process: Equipped with 3-layer differential temperature conditioner, the material can achieve precise gelatinization control under 80-95℃ segmented constant temperature, the pellet forming rate of the final broiler pellet feed is over 98%, the feed does not loose in the drinking water environment of the chicken house, greatly reducing feed waste.
