Today, our company welcomed a delegation from the Vietnamese Chamber of Commerce to visit our factory. The two sides conducted in-depth negotiations on the fish feed production line procurement project, and finally the customer successfully reached a cooperation intention with our company, signed the procurement intention agreement and paid the deposit, marking that our company has added new achievements in the Southeast Asian aquaculture feed equipment market.
During the visit, clients from the Vietnamese Chamber of Commerce visited our company’s production workshop, finished product testing center and fish feed production line demonstration site successively, and learned about the production technology, operation effect and market application of our company’s feed equipment on site. In response to the customer’s demand for fish feed production project, our company’s technical and business team, based on the customer’s local breeding scale and market demand, customized and recommended a “fully automatic fish feed production line with a capacity of 5 tons per hour”. The whole-process process solution from raw material pretreatment, conditioning mixing to extrusion expansion, drying and cooling, and then to finished product packaging has been highly recognized by the customer.

3. “High intelligence, stable operation”: The puffing machine is equipped with the independent research and development intelligent control system of our company, which can monitor core parameters such as cavity pressure, temperature, and spindle speed in real time, automatically adjust process parameters to ensure stable production, reduce manual operation intensity, have low equipment failure rate, and strong continuous production stability.
In addition to the advantages of the core puffing equipment, the entire production line also features modular design of the whole line, convenient installation and debugging, and adjustable production capacity elasticity. It can be flexibly adjusted and upgraded according to the customer’s later production capacity expansion demand, leaving sufficient space for the customer’s long-term development.

The customer spoke highly of the plan customized by our company and the technical advantages of the production line, fully trusted our company’s product quality and service capability, confirmed the procurement intention on the spot and paid the deposit, and agreed that production and delivery will be arranged immediately after the customer’s site construction is completed.
