Vietnamese Clients Visit Henan Mufeng, Exploring New Opportunities for Biomass Pellet Production Line Cooperation

Recently, Henan Mufeng Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. welcomed three client representatives from Vietnam for an in-depth exchange on the procurement and technical cooperation of biomass pellet production lines. The purpose of the visit was to conduct an on-site inspection of the company’s production capabilities, with plans to introduce a biomass pellet production line with a capacity of 1.5–2 tons per hour for local renewable energy projects.

Accompanied by technical staff, the Vietnamese clients visited the company’s modern production workshop and equipment testing area. The technical team systematically demonstrated the complete process flow of the biomass pellet production line, from raw material crushing, efficient drying, and intelligent conditioning to pelletizing, cooling, and screening. They also highlighted three core technical advantages of Mufeng in the field of biomass pellet equipment:

Adaptive Intelligent Conditioning System Utilizing multi-stage temperature and humidity closed-loop control technology, the system automatically optimizes conditioning parameters for different raw materials such as wood chips, straw, and rice husks, ensuring a pellet formation rate of over 98%—leading the industry—while reducing unit energy consumption by 15%.
  2. Long-Lasting Wear-Resistant Pelletizing Module The independently developed alloy composite ring die, manufactured using vacuum carburizing technology, achieves a hardness of HRC 58–62. Combined with a three-dimensional curved roller design, the mold’s service life exceeds 1,500 hours, significantly reducing maintenance costs for clients.
  3. Cloud-Connected Remote Operation and Maintenance Platform The integrated IoT monitoring system collects real-time equipment operation data, enabling fault prediction, production capacity analysis, and process optimization recommendations via a cloud platform to help clients achieve digital production management.

During the visit, the clients paid special attention to the biomass pellet production line undergoing trial operation. This production line incorporates Mufeng’s patented “stepwise cooling” technology, which uses a multi-layer counterflow cooling design to stabilize the pellet discharge temperature within ±3°C of ambient temperature, with moisture content control precision reaching ±0.5%, far exceeding industry standards.

 

“We are deeply impressed by the technical maturity demonstrated by Mufeng’s equipment,” said a representative of the Vietnamese clients. “Particularly the adaptive capability of the intelligent control system in handling raw material fluctuations, which is crucial for processing the diverse agricultural waste available locally in Vietnam.”

The company’s Technical Director further added, “To address the high-temperature and high-humidity environment in Southeast Asia, we have specifically developed moisture-proof electrical control systems and corrosion-resistant coating processes. These have been validated in projects in Thailand, Malaysia, and other countries, where the equipment maintains stable operation even in environments with 85% humidity.”

 

During the visit, both parties also held a thematic discussion on the pelletizing process for specific raw materials commonly found in Vietnam, such as palm shells and bagasse. Mufeng’s technical staff presented a specialized pre-treatment solution designed for high-fiber raw materials. This solution employs a unique fiber softening technology, increasing the pellet formation rate for such materials to over 92%.

After in-depth discussions, the Vietnamese clients highly praised Mufeng’s technical customization capabilities and expressed clear intentions for cooperation on-site. Both parties plan to further collaborate in areas such as raw material adaptability testing and localized operational training.
