On March 26, 2026, the 2026 International Agricultural Machinery and Technology Exhibition (Tashkent, Uzbekistan) grandly opened at the Tashkent International Exhibition Center. 350-type Energy-saving and Precise Pellet Feed Production Line: Adopting self-developed “low-energy spiral conditioner” and “high-precision static batching system”, the comprehensive energy consumption is reduced by 15%-20%. It has been upgraded locally for the widely used cottonseed meal detoxification pretreatment technology in the region, with detoxification efficiency improved to 98%. The production capacity covers 3-8 tons per hour, fully adapting to the upgrading needs of small and medium-sized farms and the construction of new large feed factories.
1-ton/hour Aquatic Special Puffing Feed Production Line: Focusing on the aquaculture of tilapia, carp, river shrimp, etc. around the Aral Sea and in the basins of the Amu Darya and Syr Darya rivers, through “variable-frequency extrusion puffing machine + intelligent cooling and grading system”, it can precisely control the feed’s water stability (tilapia feed can stay intact for up to 12 hours in water) and protein digestibility (improved to over 85%), solving the problem of high breeding costs caused by poor floating rate and low digestion and absorption of local aquatic feed.
Modular Feed Raw Material Pretreatment System: For the rich unconventional feed resources in Central Asia, such as straw, cottonseed meal, and peanut meal, it provides integrated modular design of crushing, mixing, detoxification, and ripening, which can quickly switch process parameters according to different raw material ratios, effectively broadening the raw material sources of local feed factories and reducing feed costs by about 30%.
These targeted customized solutions became the most watched highlights on the first day of the exhibition. Abdulla Karimov, the head of a large feed factory near Tashkent, expressed his purchase intention on the spot after a detailed understanding of the cottonseed meal detoxification process of the pellet line: “We used to rely entirely on imported equipment, but imported equipment has poor adaptability to local raw materials. The intelligent control system can realize real-time monitoring of equipment operation status, production data, and energy consumption through mobile APP or computer terminal, and realize fault early warning and remote diagnosis. The localized technical service system promises to provide 1-2 on-site engineers for 1 year after equipment delivery, and set up a permanent technical service center in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan, to solve customers’ worries.
